A Vision & Business Case for Campus Learning Space & Time: Researching and facilitating a shared vision, concept model and business case for Bow Valley College’s learning space and time – helping lay the foundation for a $134-million-plus expansion and “Huge efficiencies relating to building use.”

UNDP & World Bank Innovative Multi-Stakeholder Organizational Learning & Performance Improvement: Co-facilitated organizational learning workshops (CSA) and trained staff with a partner company at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP, New York) and at The World Bank (Washington DC) – including co-facilitating a workshop with the President of the Bank, James Wolfenson, and his senior executives. Also taught employees of multi-national organizations how to implement these workshops and technology at training sessions in New York, Washington D.C, Palo Alto, Toronto and Banff.

Conducted multiple workshops and interviews with stakeholders ranging including students, student services, senior management, support staff and faculty. Designed a concept model and implementation plan for on-line student services that bridged on-campus and off-campus activities.

PeopleSoft: Competency Management: Conducted business & user research. Created a concept model and process map for implementation of the PeopleSoft Competency module. Documented process and data standards.

Award-winning Value Chain for eLearning: The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT Polytechnic) used a value-chain model we created to structure their on-line student services for which the Canadian Association of Distance Education awarded them the 2005 Award of Excellence and Innovation in Student Services.
