National Petroleum Competencies & Assessment: Facilitated the creation of 30+ Occupation Profiles for Oil and Gas including technical, supervisory and leadership competencies - in areas such as snubbing services, oil field transportation, and well testing. Passing on Deep Smarts to the Next Generation of Workers - Utility Technical Expertise Knowledge Transfer:  WATS 400 | An Introduction to the Design and Operation of Calgary’s Water Distribution System: We worked with engineers, plant and field operators to design innovative learning to encourage experts to pass on deep smarts about the design and operation of Calgary’s multi-billion dollar Water Utility (physical and chemical processes). Co-facilitated five courses to Water Production & Distribution Operators, Supervisors and Senior Managers (~100 employees) in collaboration with three international subject-matter experts.

Next Generation Workplace Learning Research & Software Prototype - Self-funded project with IRAP support conducted with the Alberta Research Council: Conducted a year-long research project on software supported workplace learning - specifically tools to aid software development teams facilitate user sessions better - and capture lessons learned for software development. Designed the data and interaction models used to develop a working prototype.
